Herrera's home run to tie the game at 1-1 was his first and only hit this week. After getting 6 hits in the 3 game series last weekend in Washington, Odubel has gone cold again. I can hardly wait for him to get on a hot tear again. Maybe a big game tomorrow. It was also nice seeing Altherr get the pinch hit double to put the Phillies up 3-1. Valentin also contributed a double and a triple.
My hope is that Arrieta pitches a strong game tomorrow. It would give the team a nice boost to start July. Phillies started June going 4-9 over the first 15 days and finished up 9-5 over the last 15 days.
