They really needed this mini-sweep heading into the five road games. Honestly the whole remaining pre-All-Star stretch is brutal - Miami for 3 at home, Padres for 3 at home, then Cubs and Red Sox on the road. I hope Dombrowski is bold but since that would require either losing talent/spending money or aggressively selling off, I'm afraid they'll just continue to hang around in a division race where they could just as easily finish fourth as first, while still giving up minor leaguers for spare parts (reliever, starting pitcher, bench bat).
