We talked in another thread about how we can't track player's heartbeats and other vitals in real time, but it's actually kind of amazing to me that we don't. It's impractical and intrustive, but imagine if we had data on hydration and lactic acid thresholds and whatever else before sending a pitcher back out deep in a game. Because it looked like Pivetta just made a mistake there, and said mistake is probably related to fatigue.
Of course he hung in there on the next AB. And having given up the HR and hit 100 he's probably out of there if he allows anything else anyway.
