Hunter's stuff hasn't been that good, he throws hard but so does Garcia (harder).Hunter hasn't had good command and too many FBs over the middle of the plate - in today's ML, anyone can hit a 95 MPH FB waist high over the plate.
Stuff is not just velocity. Hunter's stuff is very good when movement is considered. Look at his FIP for example. That is why he is having some bad luck.
