If he can find another 1-2 MPH on his FB, and maybe a slow curve in the high 70s, he can move up the ladder.
He brings the same as Eflin, strike thrower who generates weak contact and can go deep into games, protecting your bullpen. My suspicion is he'll get lit up some games given his stuff, but he'll also give you 7-8 innings on a regular basis as well.
