I guess Mattingly was complaining about Kingery's slide into second, but it was directly into the center of the base, so nothing wrong with that. Knapp clearly beat the throw to first.

Williams to pinch hit, so Velasquez done for the day. Solid six inning quality start.

Took a called third strike that wasn't close -- to being a ball. Fast ball well in the strike zone. Not a good at bat.
