Listening to the game, I am still hearing ballpark sounds but no announcing. I hear background noise and occasional PA announcements that are not really intelligible.
Strangely, when I first turned on the game in the bottom of the first, I also heard only background sounds, except the game was clearly going on; I heard the cheers when (as I found out later) Ozuna doubled. It was almost as if the announcers' mikes were turned on but they weren't speaking. Eventually, I switched to the Braves announcers and got the PBP. Then I switched back to the Phillies' feed, and everything was normal.
