I think by mid-season, no one will be thinking about the clock, players will have internalized it and the games will speed along and you'll hardly notice the pitch clock or umpire.
What I want is the electronic strike zone so we don't get these erratic K-zones.
I think that would also improve the game b/c if pitchers and hitters have a consistent K-zone there will be fewer balls and less swinging at pitches out of the K-zone, and that will result in more action.
