Every pitcher is working under the same rules, which were in place in spring training games. This is one area where the WBC play might have hurt pitchers in getting use to the rules, but while the rules may take some getting used to, it cannot be the excuse to so many pitchers looking so bad.

Only 2 games of the 162. It really is early. The Rangers are a good team this season. Probably a bad break having to start the season in Arlington.
