Phillies remain on tract to have no wins this season by starting pitchers. If the back 3 in the rotation only go 4 innings, they will never get a win.

I assume now that Milner is done for the night.

I had so much optimism going into the season and I still expect some good things this year. Not sure I can take the constant pitching changes where a pitcher is removed even if he pitched well.
