The one obvious move is to find a legit clean up hitter to bat behind Harper. The other is to add more offense from left fielder. Those might even be considered the same thing. Santander ???????? I would also assume that, health allowing, Marshan becomes the new back up catcher who can spell Realmuto on a more regular basis than Stubbs.
It is certainly possible that they see Miller and Crawford arriving in 2026. And, also rather obviously, some reconstruction of the bull pen will be needed.
