When signed as a free agent, he was on the IL almost the entire two years. Last year, he did okay. He has always been a pretty good reliever and when not with the Phillies, had a pretty good history of not being hurt.

Yeah his first stint with us was just bad luck. Last year he was okay but nothing like he was for the Cubs. And this year he was way better for the Mets than the Marlins.
