One wild pitch but 3 strikes in four balls thrown. Alvarado gets the big K.

Shame that the Marlins scored. Weeler was late to first and it cost him a run and not getting through the 7th inning. Had Harper fielded the ball, it would still been a hit since first was not covered. Stott had the ball in plenty of time to get an out at first if the base is covered.

Love to see the Phillies add some insurance.

Wheelers misplay is really irking me - as you can tell. Not a physical mistake but a total mental whiff at that point of the game.
Now Alvarado likely pitches after sitting a half inning which is not ideal. Anecdotally, he has blown up in that situation in the past. Not sure if I'm correct on that, but that's my feeling.
Really putting a game in jeopardy that should be atextbook close.
