I think I have only ever parked at the sports complex twice in the last 20 years, both times because I was coming from far away and/or going somewhere else right after. Parking downtown and catching the train has always been my default. Growing up it was the bus and train.
Of course last night there were also events at the stadium and the arena, though that probably didn't add more than another 40,000 people (i.e. Temple can't possibly draw more than 20,000. Okay, just looked: 14,000).
