Yes, Cowboys 1-1-1 in their non Eagles games (Giants W, Bears L, Packers tie)

Chiefs 2-1 (Chargers L, Giants and Ravens Ws)

Rams and Bucs perfect in their other games

Bills beat the Ravens, Jets, Dolphins and Saints. Ravens have the win in that group.

We still play the Packers and the Lions but that tie certainly can't hurt the Eagles in the race for #1.

If they went 4-0 against the Chiefs, Cowboys, Rams & Bucs with the offense & defense figuring things out on the fly, they should be very competitive in these next 4 games.

Dean’s practice window is opened, and he’s eligible to play Sunday, and the eagles still have a roster spot open. I think with the injuries to edge rushers they may have packages with Baun, Campbell and Dean on the field at the same time and have Baun or Campbell on the edge.

Great for Dean...he has worked so hard on his rehab! I wonder if his lateral quickness will be the same as before the injury?

I've seen reports where Fangio "has reportedly ruled out moving Campbell to edge rusher to accommodate Dean at inside linebacker." If this is true, there is no place for Dean.

If they think Dean should play, they can play a 4-man line with Carter at one of the D-ends (sort of an edge, but more 5 tech than 7 or 9). Then their front would look like more of an old-time 4-3, but be really flexible since all three backers can blitz and cover. That would essentially be trading Hunt (who has been a weak spot) for Dean.

Why would they do that when Dean is a free agent after this year? There is no way they are going to extend him with his injury history.

The only way Dean is getting his job back is if Baum or Campbell get hurt.

Greg Costello has been saying this since training camp. He saw Campbell and said no way Dean is getting his job back.

They will use multiple personnel packages, and a couple of them will include Dean at linebacker. Fangio said as much in his last press conference.

The Eagles are evolving into the modern day version of Al Davis’ Raiders of the past. The League doesn’t care for them because they push rules to the limit. Don’t expect any favors in the game at any level.

The officiating pretty much went one direction for most of this game, especially the second half. I hope it’s not the league behind the bias. Bad calls make games awful to watch, even when they help your team...

What rules have they pushed to the limit? You'll say the tush push, but again multiple teams use that play. The only reason it is an issue is the Eagles are the best at executing it.

That is a terrible policy and precedent to punish teams for being the best at executing a legal play.

Should the NFL ban the field goal bexause the Cowboys kicker can kick them the best?
