The problem is we don’t need a WR to develop because of Roster space.
DJax, Jeffries, Ward and (unfortunately) Orcega-Whiteside are locks barring a trade. Ward has earned a spot, I doubt we can hide him on the PS anymore, and he is a quality backup. So we need another receiver that will contribute, maybe even start since I question the durability of the first 2.
I think we need a 4-5 year veteran for our last WR spot. It is safer have to use cap space here given how much the first 2 are using, but I don’t think we can take the (provable) risk of repeating this year.
I would go CB in rounds 1 and 2 (or maybe LB). Edge would help, frankly OL would also be a good choice as our OL is getting very old (even with Dillard replacing Peters).
