pretty remarkable what he was able to do- like Jamie Moyer without the changeup. 300 innings and 93 strikeouts in 1976. That's like an 1876 stat line.
edit: i take that back, looking at 1876 stat lines those guys threw 600 innings and struck out 100, lol.
