RIP Bob. I saw him live in Las Vegas in 1977. He was getting heckled unmercifully by a drunk in the front row and responded with one of the funniest lines I've ever heard. He pointed to the guy and said to the crowd " For once in my life I wish I were Don Rickles."
I was actually hoping he might tour again after COVID, never got to see him. Did you ever see the Rickles documentary? They were such close friends.
RIP. My favorite comedian, his deadpan was legendary. Funny, funny guy.
Lou Dobbs also died. Lou was a long-time broadcaster at FOX. But since he continued to push 2020 election conspiracies and FOX was being sued, they cancelled his show. Lou ended his career with a web show on Mike Lindell TV.
Newhart is a big loss, extremely overlooked and underrated comedian, actor and show runner. Really unique talent.
What Bette Davis said.
British blues musician John Mayall. His Bluesbreakers lineup, especially early on, reads like a who’s who of British blues-rock musicians. He later relocated to the states.

So sad she died so young.
