April-June 2020 Phillies Minor League Transactions

Between this year and next year, no doubt. But right now if they haven't been released, they're getting paid (however modestly).

If and when that stops there will be a whole other set of issues (guys wanting to play independent ball if there is any, guys attemping to declare total free agency regardless of their service time). And what if you're the 51st guy on a team's depth chart? If they're not paying you shouldn't you have the opportunity to make another team? I don't imagine it will come to that, as the teams will in fact continue to pay most of their minor leaguers, and/or figure out a way to keep them on a practice field for at least a few months.
