I really like the pick of McCain. He doesn't need the ball in his hands, but can play that way if he needs to. He is another guy that shoots a high free throw percentage as do Embiid and Maxey, which is a big plus. His height is a issue, but he's as tall as Melton (6'3") and is stout so he can hold his own physically. He will be a scorer and has a good mid range game and is not just a three point specialist. He might not be a great defender but should be able to improve defensively.
As for the second round pick today, I heard an interesting take, they could take Bronny and hope to either lure Lebron, or trade for something worthwhile from the Lakers, who if Lebron is staying there, they might have to get Bronny, so maybe you get a couple future twos or even a future one for him. Might be more valuable than trying to find a lottery ticket in the second round.
As for the rest of the roster, free agency starts on Sunday, but I would try to get Oubre done before then. There have been varying reports of the Sixers interest in Paul George. There is also a possibility that he signs with the Clippers who would then trade him, in which case I wouldn't want him. I only want him if it only costs money to get him. I don't want to trade future assets to get him and have to pay him a huge salary.
